Automated services (Shield, Growth, Full Stack) run 24/7 in the background — scanning for accessibility issues, monitoring SEO, managing your reputation, etc. Care Credits are for human work — design updates, new features, content changes. They work together to keep your website protected and growing.
What does 'founding client rate' mean?
The first 10 clients lock in their rate forever. As we grow and add features, new clients will pay more — but your price stays the same. No price increases, no surprises. It's our way of rewarding early adopters.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All subscriptions are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel anytime, no penalties. We believe in earning your business every month.
Do unused care credits roll over?
Yes! Starter and Growth plan credits roll over for 1 month. Partner plan credits roll over for 2 months. This gives you flexibility to bank credits for larger projects.
What if I need more credits than my plan includes?
You can purchase additional credits at your plan's rate, upgrade to a higher tier, or pay hourly ($150/hr for business, $100/hr for nonprofits). We'll help you find the most cost-effective option.
How do nonprofit rates work?
Registered 501(c)(3) organizations receive discounted pricing on all services and care credit plans. You'll need to provide your determination letter during onboarding.
